Our Kenpo school was born from an idea of Maestro Angelo Paternò. We are affiliated with IKKA (International Kenpo Karate Academies)

M °  Angelo Paternò

His first experience with martial arts  dates back to when, at the age of eleven, he decided to attend the Judo gym of the

M ° Anastasi. He stayed there for more than three years, acquiring the rank of green belt and a second place in a regional competition. After a pause of a few years he enrolled at 18 anni to a course of Wu Shu Shaolin style of the five animals with M °  Domenico "Alberto" Pellegrino who attended for twelve years stopping at the rank of brown belt,  in this period participates in various competitions and tournaments  accumulative regional titles nude and forms with weapon (long stick and sword), _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ participation in five national championships in which he distinguishes himself by winning two titles with naked hand forms.

Meet, after a pause for reflection,

the art of American Kenpo Karate which begins to study  up to the black belt through  the teaching of M ° Sebastiano Urzì also combining the study of Kyusho Jitsu of which he acquires the second level.  Now he is the Italian manager of American Kenpo and affiliated with the American federation IKKA under the supervision of M ° Joseph Whelan.

In 2019 he begins the study of Krav Maga relying on the school of Maestro Nico Ruvolo
